You simply order today, and then collect from your chosen branch, its simple and easy – instead of selecting a post method you can chose your local Ortak branch and then collect at a convenient time for you. This service is available from all Ortak branches.
Click & Collect is available for all items of Jewellery (except sale lines), and excludes our online selection of gift lines. Once you have placed your order we will email you with the anticipated collection date and then once despatched will follow up with another email or if mobile number supplied a text message to your mobile. You can either print the email or show your text to branch staff when collecting. This confirmation along with proof of ID will enable you to collect the goods.
Someone else can collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must present a note from you confirming the arrangement, their ID as well as your ID, plus the confirmation email.
Your order will be available for collection for 14 days, but if you're unable to collect it within that time, please contact us on 01856 88 6126.
You can return or exchange your items for any reason, free of charge, up to 14 days after collection.
